Where we deliver
We deliver all over Nepal through our delivery partners. Payment is cash on delivery — you pay when the parcel reaches you.
Delivery charges
- Kathmandu valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur): Rs. 100 per order.
- Outside the Kathmandu valley: Rs. 150 per order.
- The delivery charge is shown before you confirm your order and is added to the product price.
Delivery time
- Inside the valley: usually the same or next working day after we confirm your order.
- Outside the valley: usually 2–4 working days, depending on your location and the courier.
- Remote areas and public holidays can take longer. We will let you know if there is a delay.
Order confirmation
- After you order, our team calls you to confirm. Orders we cannot confirm by phone may be cancelled, so please keep your phone nearby.
- You can check your order status any time on the Track Order page with your order number and phone number.
At delivery
Please check the parcel when you receive it. If the product is damaged or wrong, tell the delivery person and call us on 9843932101 the same day.
